Young woman identified as 19-year-old Johnesha Perry took her one-year-old son out of the stroller, climbed over the rail, kissed her baby and threw him into the Hamilton Street River, before  jumping in herself. Zymeir Perry passed away in the hospital after fighting for his life six days, and Johnesha is being charged in the murder-suicide attempt.  According to Police Capt. William Rienhk, she was competent at the time of her arrest and knew what she was doing.  Autopsy report and toxicology test results are pending.
