Quiet Hush

God wants us to pray and commune with him anytime day and night. There is literally no cut off time for our communication with the Lord.  The Bible says Pray without ceasing in I Thessalonians 5:17 KJV. He is there with us through even the most difficult times, even those of which we did not know we were going to face.  Many times while praying and on our journey, we are asked to pray for others as interceders/intercessors on the behalf of others regarding different situations.  However if there is ever a case when a person could send request a prayer through another, but refer to saying don’t tell them my name or who I am. In those cases the person who is praying is often at a guessing game in the prayer. Of course there are times when God may reveal the name, but why all the hassle for the sake of just holding information necessary and relevant.  We are to humbly come in prayer without pride in any instance. Proverbs 16:18 (KJV) Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.  When details are given such as at least a name, the prayer would have clear direction.

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Yes the scripture establishes we know not what we should pray for as we ought, but it is relevant to know WHO.

Should  we tell people or send messengers to tell people to pray for health condition infirmities without a name of WHO exactly we are talking about? No because it is serious business and you want the prayer of faith, healing etc. to be prayed directly upon the person, therefore the name is very relevant, when urgently sending a request and believing God and wanting others to agree in faith regarding the matters at hand. Why even ask if you don’t want anybody to know?  In sending a word to pray for a condition,  but not revealing who you are is like  playing hangman from years ago with all the guessing. We could be praying for anybody. Sometimes people are lead by the Holy Spirit to  pray for particular person regarding any given issue, or even a overall person and  whether the name of sickness is revealed or known and that is quite alright at least you know who you are praying for.  Sometimes you may generally pray for the particular person or group, and the intercession is made in the spirit realm as to exactly what you are praying because who you are praying has already been made known, so we can go to our Heavenly Father in prayer and praying his will. We are instructed to pray with  supplication. Ephesians 6:18, Philippians 4:6  and several other scriptures supports that throughout the Bible. Yes, God already knows before we ask him as stated in  Matthew 6:8KJV  for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. If you requesting sending a messenger to ask someone like an elder to pray for healing from infirmities, and the person does not want to give a name. You would have to wonder why someone precisely give the name of disease or problem, but not give  the main component which is the name of the person asking for prayer.

The prayer would at least have some direction with the name of the requester. If you are asked to pray someone for  Flu, Aids virus or almost anything, and they send a request for the saints to pray, and we going to God in prayer, and we do not even know the name of who in the world we are praying for,  there would not be much sense to be made of it.   There are millions of people suffering with any issue.  We could pray but more details with a name or face of who you are talking about. Jesus is certainly a healer,  and he has proven himself to do even the impossible things with despite doctors report. Isaiah 53:1KJV Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? When asking for others pray with they may  ask  elders, brothers, and sisters  where they attend first more often that is just proper prospective if  desiring others to pray and believe with them. Thessalonians 5:12KJV And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you. If you are asked to pray, or are one led to ask someone because you may not have an elder around or feel simply lead by the Holy Spirit to ask someone to pray with you who may not necessarily be local because of it that is fine as well, but making sure it is Him because they are true believers all around though it may be scarce. To pray with someone is alright to pray as long you can be in agreement, if they are not asking you to sin,  and not asking you to pray for winning a lottery or something just completely odd and un-biblical.  Now we as saints want people to know and have a relationship with Christ,  not come and want you to pray just when there is a need something.  Now for an anonymous prayer of not wanting a name or face revealed not because the name has been forgotten, but because of wanting purposefully to be secretive but wanting them to pray, how  could or why do that when you would  evidently be sending for people that you intrust to believe with you that can get a prayer through, you believe them to pray. How often should a prayer request with descriptions like they do not want their name revealed, but they like to wear wear burgundy jacket, grey sweater, and you seen them before. Should anything ever go on like that. What a guessing game.  Can you think of how many times anybody had to pray round and about for the sake of people wanting you pray they, but they don’t want you to know there name and hardly anything? Not often. We are to be ready to pray and in doing pray the will of God.

In situations of infirmities

James 5:14KJV Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

Let the elders anoint you, as they began praying the prayer of faith. If you are able to, and if the elders ordained of God and living for solely for him and the people are able to come where you are if in distance that is fine. 1 Even if an issue is presented and whether two their gathered Jesus said in Matthew 18:19 KJV And again I say unto you,  That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. God is there in the midst touch and agreeing that is fine. If not in close proximity or distance, prayer can certainly reach where we cannot. God is doing the healing.

The woman who touched Jesus garment she was not ashamed, Nicodemus came to Jesus by night ( John 7:50 John 19:39KJV), and Jairus  who wanted Jesus to come to  his dying daughter.  He came in the day. He wanted Jesus to come. All these individuals knew and expected great things from Jesus which they could not do. There is no shame in what God can do,  and  it will add to your testimony.  Jesus worked miracles, cast out devils, cure anything, healed the sick, save the lost. Can you imagine how many people literally pass up the opportunity to come to him because of pride or holding to somebody is looking them. God is who we are to look to. So there instances wherein people will maybe not come the altar when they hear the Lord’s voice, or they will not to cry out to him even when you they are alone. Pride and haughty spirit is not of God and but the Lord wants us sincere with a pure heart. It is about Jesus Christ.   If any man hear hear my voice he says harden not your heart. Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Hebrews 3:15 KJV To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts,

We have never lived the life all the way through of course,we all going through it. It is a journey.  Man does not have all the answers and sure perform studies.  There is wisdom that has been gathered by those who lived longer and greatest is of those who are walking with Jesus.  Jesus is the answer.   All the answers are sure to be found on the foundation of  The Word of God, The Bible (KJV for the English). I always go to God in prayer, and not anonymously but specifically.

Thank you
